Manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs in Asia to ensure competitiveness in order to attract, retain and reward employees while moving towards first in class in the industry. Also, member of Total Rewards core team responsible for designing new programs for the company. Experienced in Singapore, Taiwan, China (Tier1 &2), Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, India and Australia. Extensive experience in M&A activities in the major countries handling integration of C&B programs and change management strategies. Manage a team of region C&B managers and analysts to determine strategies for program design and implementation. Perform yearly base salary range analysis for Asia sites to ensure competitiveness for the company. Analysis also covers short-term incentives and long-term incentives to ensure attractive package for the company.
