Lisa Northup is a Sr. Benefits Program Manager at Splunk, Inc., based in the Bay Area. Lisa’s current focus at Splunk is on US retirement programs, financial wellbeing and building out our employee-facing benefits communications. She has partnered with the newly formed Splunk Wellbeing team to promote new programs aimed at supporting our Splunkers worldwide. Lisa is passionate about improving the overall financial wellbeing of Splunk’s employees and their families and considers it an important pillar of the Wellbeing program. Lisa has been working in the benefits space for over 20 years, working primarily at technology companies.
