Sarah Grausz (she/her) is an Organizational Development Consultant on the Workforce Transformation team at Lyra Health. Sarah earned her master’s in organization development from American University and is an accredited and certified leadership coach. She ran her own consulting and coaching business for six years before joining Lyra. Sarah specializes in creating experiential learning processes for employees and leaders that increase productivity, a sense of belonging, and trust. She uses data and behavioral science best practices to design content that sticks and motivates positive change. She is based in the Bay Area, and loves spending time with her family exploring its natural beauty and the wide selection of delicious cuisine!
