Dr. Archana Dubey, Chief Medical Officer Northern CA Market, works in partnership with Executive
leaders within UCS Clinical, ACO, Networks, and Optum ECS while leading external clinical provider
groups and client partnerships to drive Member centric Affordability, Innovation and Quality goals for
our commercial business.
Dr. Dubey is a seasoned healthcare leader with more than 25 years of experience as a physician,
executive, entrepreneur, and board advisor. She most recently held dual roles as the Chief Clinical
Officer at AliveCor, developing enterprise products for cardiovascular conditions to serve employers and
payers; and as the Chief Medical Officer for Hewlett Packard (HP).    At HP, Dr. Dubey led population
health strategy for the health and wellness programs for the global HP population, inclusive of benefit
design and vendor partnerships. She is also on HP’s Scientific Advisory Board for their future clinical
products.  Prior to HP she has served HPE, Google, Qualcomm and Tesla in similar capacity; and also as
an entrepreneur and digital health evangelist bridging venture capital funding to drive digital health
solutions.
Dr. Dubey is trained in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine from Columbia University and USC, and
practiced medicine at Stanford Healthcare and UC Davis for several years. At Stanford University, she
served as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor and was Medical Director of their Primary Care
Associates’ Program that trained advanced practitioners.
