Maria Stavinoha is a National Network Strategy Director at Anthem (Elevance Health) advising national employers on the optimal network solutions to meet their strategic goals. Maria previously led value-based care employer solutions within Anthem’s Value-Based Solutions division. Prior to joining Anthem, Maria was a Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development Director at Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, Texas. Maria started her career as a strategy and management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Maria holds a Master of Science in Health Care Transformation from Dell Medical School. Maria graduated with the highest honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a Master in Professional Accounting and Bachelor in Business Administration. Maria currently serves on the Young Professionals Board of Small Steps Nurturing Center.
