Jennifer Vinamont joined Blue Shield of California in 2017 after relocating to California from Philadelphia, PA. As a Principal Product Manager, Jennifer leveraged her experience developing a comprehensive product strategy to implement the newly enacted Affordable Care Act, into a network-based strategy designed to take advantage of California’s unique geography. Today, Jennifer leads the Product Strategy team responsible for Blue Shield of California’s virtual first health plan strategy.
