Jason Allie is an Enterprise Sales Director at Carrot Fertility, the leading global fertility care platform for women, plus people of every age, race, income, sex, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, and geography. In his role, Jason leads and manages the Strategic Enterprise and National Accounts Sales teams, which focus on building relationships with large domestic and global organizations.

Jason has 20 years of experience working in healthcare and benefits management. Prior to joining Carrot, Jason was the Director of Enterprise Sales at Ginger, now Headspace Health, and managed the Enterprise Sales team. Before leading the Enterprise Sales team, he served as a Regional Vice President, partnering with many enterprise clients with mental health benefits needs. Jason played a role in helping Ginger scale through significant growth with an estimated valuation from $300M to $3B. Before joining Ginger, Jason led National and Enterprise Sales at Thomsons Online Benefits, a global benefits administration platform called Darwin. He was a trusted advisor to leading global organizations focused on improving the global employee experience.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family in El Dorado Hills, CA. He also enjoys traveling, spending time at local wineries, and focusing on his mental and physical health.
