Sees Lam is a Global Benefits Program Manager at LinkedIn, focusing on the strategy and delivery of Family First benefits. Since graduating from UC Berkeley, Sees has worked in a variety of HR capacity in the tech industry, but has found her passion in bringing meaningful impact to employees through benefits such as leave of absences and perks. Outside of work, she is a working parent to her 19-month-old son, a dog mom and a caregiver to her elderly parents.
