Erik Kapelke is a Senior Global Manager. He primarily focuses on the planning and evolving Silicon Valley Employers Forum's (SVEF) international programs and the execution of international and globally focused activities; including collaborative opportunities, strategy, innovation and member roundtables. Erik also serves as the primary representative for international-based/focused SVEF members.

Previously Erik was with VSP, Aon, Mercer and Woodruff-Sawyer. His experience includes over 30 years in client management and business development throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. He also has a strong knowledge base across all HR and employee benefits functions, including global benefits, total rewards and U.S. health and benefits. Erik has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages (French specialty) from U.C. Berkeley, and a California State Insurance License (Life and Health) and Global Remuneration Certificate from World at Work.
