Antonio is the Senior Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for UnitedHealth Group. In this role, he focuses on creating the most diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce and environment through data-driven solutions and an engaged employee population. Previously, he served in a variety of leadership roles in the Marketing and Customer Experience Office for Optum focused on driving business impact and improving the customer experience. Antonio holds a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University, St. Paul, Minnesota. In his personal time, he enjoys working out, teaching fitness classes, traveling, and great food.
