Kerstin is the Director of North America Benefits where she draws upon 30+ years of experience managing worldwide benefits programs for companies such as KLA, Seagate, Adaptec and Sun Power. She has her CEBS Fellow designation from the Wharton Business School. Kerstin enjoys experimenting with new techniques to reach employees and is a previous recipient of the Golden Quill award, the P & I Excellence in Innovation award, and an Eddy award.
