Shelly is a senior vice president in Aon’s health Solutions practice. Shelly partners with employers to integrate their benefit strategy with HR and business objectives, helps clients develop cost-effective plan designs, select appropriate vendors, manage vendors and programs to success, and develop guiding principles that steer guide long and short term strategic goals.

Shelly joined Aon in 1995 and has more than 25 years of health care consulting experience. Prior to joining us, Shelly worked for a Chicago-based brokerage house and in a management training program. During her tenure with Aon, Shelly has consulted with clients on the full spectrum of core benefits consulting needs. She has also held various leadership and client management roles, including serving as the practice leader for the Northeast region’s specialty consulting group with direct responsibility for
revenue growth, profitability, retention, thought leadership, and client satisfaction across health and wellness, pharmacy, behavioral health, disability/absence management, and clinical consulting. Shelly first began working in the industry in 1991.

Shelly works with a broad range of employer sizes and industries including significant experience in strategy and design for the large and jumbo employer market. She leads Aon Health Solutions’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consulting for the United States and is a national subject matter expert in Family Building and Family support programs. She also served as Aon’s National Consumerism Lead in consumer-driven strategy and in a leadership role in Aon’s Financial Services Industry Sector.
