Aldy Duffield is the US Healthcare leader at Apple and been in the industry for over 25 years. She is responsible for healthcare operations and related strategic initiatives both domestic and globally. Aldy is also the lead on Apple Benefits global efforts in support of inclusion and diversity, ensuring Apple’s designs, programs, policies and supplier engagements align with Apple’s overall mission to being an inclusive company. She has been with Apple for the last 8 years, based in Austin, TX. Aldy has been in several benefits leadership roles prior to Apple including Dell, EA, Cisco and Oracle - considers herself an OG of the Silicon Valley Employer Forum :-). She is on several board member committees including Purchaser Business Group on Health, American Benefits Council, Employer Health Innovation Roundtable and Special Olympics of Texas. Aldy’s continued passion is to collaborate and innovate to transform healthcare delivery in this country.
