Using Fidelity’s Benefits equity assessment framework, this session will cover employer benefits portfolio on dimensions of availability, adequacy, accessibility, affordability, and awareness – covering benefits across four domains, Financial, Health, Life, and Work using 300+ different markers of equity. Additionally, Fidelity will share a comprehensive benefits equity score delivered through an interactive dashboard.

The goal of the session is for employers to consider the following:
• Enabling equity requires looking at intersectional lived experiences of employees and their needs
• Generous benefits are not necessarily equitable
• Affordability of benefits is critical to ensuring equity
