With more than 30 years in the strategic design, administration, and delivery of health care and group benefits programs to large employers, Ron presently serves as Vice President, Sales and Business Development at 98point6. In this capacity, Ron leads the business development team responsible for the strategic growth of 98point6 across the employer, health plan and health system channels. Prior to joining 98point6, Ron spent almost equal parts of his career working with large employers in both consulting and insurance carrier capacities, for some of the largest such companies. His breadth of experience includes a variety of client-centered roles in operations, sales, client management, and leadership. Ron holds a BA in Physiology from the University of California at Berkeley and has had the privilege of calling Seattle, San Francisco, and San Diego home over the course of his career.

Prior to GRAIL, Scott was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Carrot, leading the sales and commercial strategy deploying digital health and telehealth platforms to health plans and employers. Before Carrot, Scott led commercial strategy at both GetInsured and GoHealth, pioneering the online distribution of health insurance and Medicare coverage. While SVP of Business Development at GetInsured, Scott leveraged the passing of the Affordable Care Act to expand its enterprise software to enable state-based marketplaces that include Covered California, YourHealthIdaho and many others.
After stints in Chicago, the Bay Area and Atlanta, Scott is now settled down in Kansas City with his wife, three children, and two dogs. Outside of work, Scott enjoys cycling, wake surfing, and collecting vinyl records.
